Orders are processed as soon as they’re received. It takes up to 72 hours after an order has been received to complete. We ship via Priority and orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be emailed when an order is completed and processed for shipping. *THIS WILL BE THE ONLY COMMUNICATION YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM US.* 


Please inquire about Next Day, UPS, or FedEx rates if you so desire another method of shipping or looking to receive your order on a specified day and time. You will be responsible for courier shipping fees.


Monday thru Friday are business days! We are closed on all major holidays and historically black holidays (President Barack Obama’s birthday, 4/20, Juneteenth, Kwanzaa, etc.).

 Treats should be stored in an airtight container and out of direct sunlight. Treats can also be kept in the freezer to preserve longer. 


Remember to keep out of reach of children and pets!

Anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes. Individuals with faster metabolisms will feel the effects before those with a slower metabolism will.

Sublinguals absorb straight into the bloodstream and the effects will be felt much faster. 


 Once it has absorbed into your digestive system, the effects could last anywhere from 2 hours to 4+ hours. Things to consider are: did you consume on an empty stomach and/or how much fat content was in the meal you did consume. The more fat content in your digestive system, the more intense your trip will be.

*There will be a charge of $20 to change any order already submitted for processing.

You may cancel your order anytime. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or credits unless there is an error on our end. 

To cancel your order, fill out the form on the “contact us” page, include your order # and type “cancel my order”. No further action is required.

Unfortunately, things happens that’s out of our control. Once orders are dropped off for shipping, we have no more information about the package aside of what comes up online via the tracking information. 


All items are packaged in tamper-proof containers and the shipping packages are sealed to transport securely and discreetly. Once items are dropped for shipping WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS! Please be mindful of this PRIOR to ordering with us. NO REFUNDS! NO REPLACEMENTS!
